After many months of searching, I finally located one tiny patch clinging on, despite the Park Service's best efforts to exterminate every rare and vulnerable plant species in Point Reyes via overgrazing and cattle trampling.
This remnant may not last long; it is sandwiched into a 2ft by 1ft gap between two heavily used cattle trails, and shows signs of extensive trampling and grazing.
