Like a monarch in size but beige-yellow with a bright orange rump. Rear wing appendages suggest member of the swallowtail family, but which member? I suspect that it is an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail.
Only the second time that I have seen this insect. The other time was also in the same location a few years ago. That specimen was fully 5 inches or more in width. This one is around 3 inches. Two IDs as a Luna Moth.
