On a ridgetop in a 'green and leafy' residential area at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges. Yabby holes seen near where this animal was found dead.

Caught as part of a research project for the University of Tasmania. Displays vivid patterns which intensify when stressed. Caught in the Liffey river, Tasmania.
