Saw 2 adults & a baby! Only was able to capture this adult individual. They were close to shore & beyond the protected area of the beach, roaming around and would randomly sit in a dip in the sand.
I observed this bird from December 2017 to April 2018 in the area, most times at this water treatment plant and, astoundingly, the only other time being walking distance from my house several miles away.
