I am a retired geologist. I grew up in Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State where I got a BS and MS in Geology. I moved to Colorado in 1987 and loved it here.
Pre-Covid I volunteered once a week at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science preparing dinosaur fossils. Since retirement I have rekindled a lot of my science interest. We have also been doing a lot of hiking and backpacking.
Cristy, my wife, and I finished the Colorado Trail in 2017. This summer, 2021, we finished our last section of the Continental Divide Trail in Colorado.
Cristy enjoys nature photography as well (her pictures are better). Our photos are really a team effort.
