I'm a teenaged birder and bird photographer based in DuPage County, Illinois, but I love to travel around the United States for birds and birding. I love the aspect of birding that allows me to show others birds that they wouldn't have otherwise known about or realized lived in their area, and leading trips for bird clubs in my area.

In 2021 I did a DuPage County birding big year, and I saw 255 species which is one of the highest year totals for the county ever. I also became the youngest person to break 250 species in the county in one year.
My appreciation for nature started at a young age, but birding is what really brings me back. But you see so much more than birds when out in the field, and I'm hoping I can learn a little bit of what I'm seeing through iNat.
