Originally a biology major from MN, I’ve been living in Eastern PA for over 17 years working as an ER Physician. I have a passion for travel, outdoor activities, and of course Lepidoptera (particularly butterfly) taxonomy. I’m the BAMONA (Butterflies and Moths of North America) website Regional Coordinator for butterflies for the states of New York and Indiana, and also share BAMONA Coordinator responsibilities for the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Hawaii, along with the eastern half of Canada.
