I have been working as a biologist for the National Park Service for over fifteen years and I have been conducting research in South Florida ecosystems for twenty-five. My passion for nature began early on, during childhood. I am an avid birder and angler, and my graduate degree focused on aquatic entomology. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, admiration, and love for the natural wonders of the world with everyone (especially my two sons).
