I am a naturalist - foremost a botanist (for a living), but I have been birding a lot, collected insects, and collaborated on various animal studies. I also love gardening. I work with Rosaceae, Asteraceae, and Ericaceae, and have been on plant collection trips/excursions in most of Europe, in the Americas (mainly USA), Tropical Asia, Africa and Australia.
