I found a Halictus rubicundus nest in June 2020 and was riveted. Since then I have been paying more attention to the life around me (especially the bees, wasps, and flies!) and I've been amazed at the diversity. I'm thankful to iNat for this amazing service and to the people here who have responded to my observations and helped me start learning to identify organisms!
