I am the Curator of the Anniston Museum of Natural History.

I have a BS degree in Botany from the University of Vermont and an MS in Biology from Jacksonville State University. My master's thesis was the flora of Lake Guntersville State Park, Alabama.

The focus of my research is on the Flora of northern Alabama, but I also collaborate with many Alabama botanists in producing an online an atlas of all vascular plants in the state: http://www.floraofalabama.org/
