I am an artist and designer with a strong passion to plant local endemic fauna. I am very happily, busy killing my lawn.

I am doing all I can to support local conservation efforts in the Western Cape, a province with with 10 778 plant species, 3405 of which are of conservation concern (SANBI, 2023).

I was a member of the Botanical Society of South Africa's Kirstenbosch Branch Committee from July 2022 to July 2023.

I am currently a member of the Princess Vlei Forum's management committee (since October 2023).
