Bierbrouwers, telers en onderwijs op zoek naar Hollandse Hop
Terwijl de vraag naar hop om speciaal bier te brouwen stijgt, is er sprake van een tekort aan hop. Nederlandse telers en speciaal bierbrouwers hebben de handen ineengeslagen om dit probleem in Nederland aan te pakken, en krijgen in dit ‘Hollandse Hop project’ hulp van Hogeschool Inholland.
