Pauridia minuta?
Small geophyte, mostly <5 cm tall. Single white flower with three stamens, tepals longer than floral tube, on a long pedicel. Leaves several per plant, narrow, filiform, 3-5 cm long. Limited to a very small area in moist sand over a shallow rock shelf.

Another lithophyte.
How these species get their seeds into these minute cracks amazes me more than how they manage to survive in cracks that are almost invisible all through summer.
