Originally found during spot light surveys, I believe this is a female Ctenomorpha gargantua. It easily measured approx 50cm in length, and was found very high up in the rainforest canopy (approx 10-15 meters from the forest floor).

Female was found on a tree in rainforest habitat next to cedar creek. Has a horn on its head and white blotches on its abdomen. It also appears to have tiny possible wings. @matthew_connors
