I think it's Sminthurus leucomelanus (https://www.gbif.org/species/161896009), but I can't find or add that species.

Found right at beginning of the walking path from Piran to Fiesa - on the sloping wall / rocks facing the seafront not long after you leave the town wall.

It's size was about 2mm.
