Now I want to go back and just spend hours sitting among the flowers to see how many different kinds of cool longhorn beetles there are on the flowers. They seem to really like Sabatia capitata.

Female on same Hypericum frondosum bush as I saw male yesterday (also spotted male again). They seem to be residents or frequent visitors. Quite skittish- I should bring my real camera next time

Approximate location. This was on the Little Rock Nature Trail.
I didn't realize these individuals were (probably) the same species. Also, I have only two prior observations of this species and both were on the same trail - possibly the same part of the trail.

Normally I wouldn't guess to species at something I've never seen before, but this really looks like the CV suggestion!
It was difficult to get a photo of the underside especially with the low light. I used my phone light and a hand lens and the result is sadly very blurry but you can see the color at least.
