Identified as Abispa Abispa on Bowerbird by Liz O'Donnell: "Relatively stout wasp with orange antenna, head and legs. Thorax black with orange marks on each shoulder and between wings. Segmented orange abdomen with black band in the middle, band is wavy and does not extend all the way out to the edge of the relevant segment."
