I'm thinking these are either Phacelia Shortface or Blue-Phacelia Miner bees. The photos are of several different individuals in this colony. The nest holes tended by females. I believe a few males were "sleeping" in the flowers. It was a cool afternoon, and I found several that appeared deceased as they were not moving. They were alive and well however.

The single biggest Hollyleafed Cherry I have ever seen. Truly spectacular. Stood beneath it for several minutes in awe. No words. Must be hundreds of years old. Soon to be a road. #nocanyonhills
