Here I document the characters that separate this from Amianthium in Weakley (2015) key. Basal leaves ~3, narrow, enclosed by purple sheath (Amianthium not enclosed); capsule conical (rather than suborbicular); older bloom turning pink (rather than green). This is in same stand of plants as https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/10779095 but a later date.
