Couldn't get great shots; it was determined to hide away in the leaf litter, and it succeeded nicely.

Small lady beetle, maybe 3mm long. Bright bluish-green eyes. Seen on a wildflower.

Found alongside ~30 others in a hemlock looper pheromone trap. Trap was out between August 9, 2016 and October 21, 2016. August 9th entered as date on iNat.
