We were canoeing the Allagash Wilderness Waterway on Eagle Lake and watched this Canada Lynx strolling the banks of the river as we paddled along. A magnificent sight and easily more than twice as large as any Bobcat we've seen in our backyard in Connecticut.

I noticed this bug perched on a flowering shrub while I was weeding my yard in Durham NC (USA) on 20 April 2022.
