Sampling location: A water sample was collected from the bank of the Ufa River within the boundaries of Nyazepetrovsk town.
Date and time of collection: 18 Jun 2023 at 6 PM
Date and time of observation: 25 Jun 2023 at 7 PM
The sample was stored at room temperature in a plastic container.

Fragilaria cf. capucina
Diagnosis:
• colonies of parallel arranged cells, ribbon-shaped
• cells rectangular in girdle view
• length 41-42 µm, width 2–5 µm
• striae 18 in 10 µm
• one parietal chloroplast
• length of colony ~855 µm
