I found this small snake lying dead and upside down in a gutter. It had been dead for some hours as there were ants crawling on the body. I estimated the snake to be approximately 15cm long...
I have not been able to identify it. It seems to be more slender and with different markings to the two similar-sized (and also dead) Mountain Keelback snakes that I had come across in Nov/Dec 2015.
