Coburg Ridge; growing on a small outcropping of basalt bedrock. This is the only location where I found this species, with the population taking up no more than two feet of the rock. Anywhere from 1-2 dozen individuals here.

achene beak long and straight, but could be western buttercup as well? parts in 5s, radial symmetry, bright yellow petals definitely larger than sepals and around 5mm+ long, many stamens, plants not stoloniferous
