Slightly different coloration than what I’ve normally seen. The males are extremely vibrant. I felt a bit bad intruding on their privacy.
Looks similar to Russalpia, but the prosternal process is a thin transverse flange, image 4. Also more robust, white mark under eye notch in posterior margin of the pronotum not as sharp
Seen on walking track from Little Pine Lagoon to Lake Fergus. Are those red dots on it parasites?
