Small adult in excellent condition despite marginal habitat. Sandy Live Oak Savanna w/some Thornscrub second-growth. Only the second of this species seen at this location in 40 years.

on prairie hillside, in old fence line
Apparently narrowly escaped being eaten by another fish.
