Not sure why these had the red colored liquid on them.
On a single blade of dune grass. Diam ~2mm.
On grass culm, likely Phalaris arundinacea. Very small, about 5 mm in diameter.

Spore print is light brown.
Frozen orange juice smell. Under Pseudotsuga, madrone, maybe willow.
