These leaves were powdered with a white substance. I was unsure if the powder was artificially placed or left behind by a species. The powder was easily taken off, if you blew on it. The powder was only located on the outer leaves too and were not found in the inner leaves. The powder itself was about chest level and it was found pretty deep into the arboretum.
