It was way tall once. Falling down, now reachable.
Tiny winglike leaflets in the axils, slim toothless upper leaves. Lower leaves were broad and toothed.
Woolly plant with a dense spike of yellow flowers. Soft oblong leaves. It is called also Common Mullein.

Bee (Hymenoptera) due to the hairs on it's body.

maybe it's a female since the eye and the tympanum look about the same size. It was about 3" long with the rear legs tucked into the body
