The first photos were taken in bright sunlight, which makes it appear very yellow. The rest were taken after it became cloudy, so it looks more yellowish-white.
Yellowish-white cap with rusty brown scales on cap. Underside is yellowish-white. Stem is dirty white with a dark brown layer peeling off (veil?).
Found under a huge 1940's Loblolly pine and surrounded by pine needle leaf duff. Front yard of a house surrounded by woodlots on 3 sides.
Brown marks are left on a piece of white paper when I set the mushroom down on its cap.
Bruises rusty brown.
Cap has a strong smell of beer/bread/yeast/musty.
Spore color is a rusty brown.

This young tree is growing in a wetland below the Pat Mayse Lake dam. This wetland habitat is surrounded by man-made levees. This specimen is growing on a slight slope between the tall levee and the water.
