Guess on the species. ID help please.
This was a bird that was bobbing at the beach in the salt water. It seemed like it was looking for something to eat. In the sky their were the same species flying over the waters.

Quiet, but clearly distinguishable if you turn the volume up.

Adult male Bachman's Sparrow was singing on Indigo Lane near bat boxes.
