I worked as a national park officer over more than 30 years for the conservation of invertebrates and their habitats. After retiring, I do the same :)
My main activity focused on the estimation of abundance (especially with marking technics), monitoring and small-scale habitat management. Target groups are Lepidoptera, Odonata, and a little Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Orthoptera. (Occassionally gall wasps and other creatures are involved).
