I'm originally from Miami, Florida where my interest in nature and love for marine life first began. I have early memories finding small animals while wading in the seagrasses, seeing iguanas fall out of trees on casual walks and waking up to egrets chilling on my lawn in the mornings. While I'm slowly beginning to appreciate the biodiversity of California, nothing beats home.

As a member of iNaturalist Staff, I'm glad I get to combine nature and software into something that people are so passionate about.
