I have always loved the out of doors, nature and science. Nothing is more fun than exploring a new area and discovering what is there. I am lucky to work for a local non-profit in the beautiful East Foothills of the Bay Area. I have been a birder for years and years, so that would be my specialty. I also love learning about the other animals, plants, bugs and geology that occur in the area. My favorite birds are Red-tailed Hawks, any Nuthatch, and California Towhees. My wish list includes Mtn. Lion and Yellow-breasted Chat.
