I am a retired specialty plant nursery owner with a strong botanical bent. Now that I have more time, I am back to studying our native plants in a more in-depth way. I am also embarking on a study of fungi, a very early interest of mine before I got sidetracked by having to make a living. I like to know what things are, and my main goal is to try to understand how it all fits together.
