I work in the beer industry at a yeast lab.

I have a Bachelor's in Biology. I interned at a local arboretum helping the entomology and plant pathology research labs several years back and while I already liked plants and insects, it really kickstarted an interest in fungi for me.

I've taken a few foraging classes and now I'm really trying to hammer down more ID skills in the field.

I don't claim to know a lot. I'm just here to be fascinated and learn some things and maybe contribute to some citizen science projects in the interim. I'm all about being kind, staying weird, and following my curiosities!
