An enthusiastic photographer of both film and digital cameras, using full frame, medium, as well as large format.

I volunteer at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, to help remove invasive plant species from the park.
In addition, I assist in surveying wild bees in the park as well.

In another activity, I help out at the San Diego Natural History Museum, in the Paleontology department with id cataloging specimens.

I am a retired research & development and design engineer for micro/nano machining and specialized in custom macro/micro/nano advanced digital imaging systems.
