My love of nature led me to study naturopathic medicine. It's my honor to help my patients and students reconnect with the natural world and their own true nature. I have the honor of living on the shore of Laguna Bacalar, a world class karstic lagunar system in the southern Yucatan Peninsula. It's my intention to use iNaturalist to document species here as part of a larger conservation effort. I also look forward to helping my botany and herbal medicine students from ACHS.edu connect with medicinal plants in their own bioregions.
