Friends and visitors you are contributing to the field guide of plants and animals found at the Weaverville Joss House State Historic Park. Not only is our park well known for its fascinating history of the Chinese immigration for the California Gold Rush, we also have many beautiful plants including the Black Locust Tree and different wildlife here as well in our park. Please help us identify a plant or animal if you know what it is, so we can inform others as well.
