I am intensely fascinated by the natural world.

I started learning about bugs and birds as a very small child. I've since branched out into botany, mycology, and pretty much everything else.

I'm always excited to explore new biomes, but i also love going to familiar areas and finding something new (and there is always something new to see, if you look hard enough). I enjoy a lot of creatures that people consider ugly, gross, or weird, like scavengers and parasites.
