In global biodiversity analysis, we often rely on vertebrate data. I'm keen to redress the balance, focused for now on flowering plants. I am very much an amateur naturalist so on iNat I mainly stick to species that I already know well or (more often) high-level identification of Unknowns, especially older ones.

I am an admin on flowering plants projects for Ethiopia, India, Indonesia and Turkey. I became a curator to help add missing plant species to the system, relying on Plants of the World Online for the taxonomy.

I have set my image & observation licenses to CC-BY to allow use on both GBIF and Wikipedia, and would love it if you do the same.
