I am currently studying Lilium genus, particularly those native to the western states of the U.S.
In conjunction, I am studying the integration of Quercus hybrids native to the California Floristic Province. I am also interested in the Cupressaceae family, mainly Chamaecyparis lawsoniana and Callitropsis nootkatensis; the distribution of Polystichums (and hybrids) and Calypso bulbosa var. occidentalis within Napa county, Mayacamas Mts., and Howell Mt. range
