I am a UCSC alumni and have spent the past three summers doing native seed collection in Santa Cruz county, focusing on coastal strand species. During my Quarter spent out in the field for natural history field quarter, I learned about birds and have since been doing my own observations on them. I have recently gained some interest in fungi and will hopefully learn something along the way.
