Postdoctoral scholar at the University of Puget Sound. My PhD from the University of Pittsburgh is in Biology, specifically forest community ecology. I've worked with a lot of forest plant species in the Eastern Deciduous Forest (especially Pennsylvania), and started an epiphyte project in Santa Fé, Panama in 2017. I'm pretty new to tropical botany and very new to the Pacific Northwest flora and fauna!
