Located in Baltimore City's Inner Harbor, the National Aquarium is a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire conservation of the world's aquatic treasures.

Through the Chesapeake Bay Initiative, the National Aquarium works to restore, protect, and educate about the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Our work involves restoration fieldwork and educational outreach throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
