Butterflies, dragonflies, moths, native & medicinal plants, and birds are our main interests but anything in nature engages us! We are particularly interested in taxonomy (what is that called?) and ecology - how does the organism live and reproduce - to support conservation efforts. Our publications include The Butterfly Fauna of Sri Lanka (2016), Field Guide to the Butterflies of Sri Lanka (2018), and the 5th revised edition of Corbet & Pendlebury's Butterflies of the Malay Peninsula.
