I studied ecology at the University of Vienna where I did my masters degree in vegetation ecology in 2016. After my degree I worked as field botanist in different projects and was engaged for 3 years in the Morava flood plains in eastern Austria. Since 2021 I am doing my PhD at the University of Vienna, where we are investigating the effect of climate change on alpine plant species. My main floristic knowledge is found in the montane and alpine regions of Austria.

Besides plants I am also interested in the animal and fungi kingdom!
