I'm a PhD in ecology, with a profession in conservation biology. My taxonomic specialties are birds and plants, although at this point I spend a lot of my work time looking at numbers and graphs. That's why I need iNaturalist, probably more than it needs me. Also, I am the wife of sandiegomike, who leaves a broad trail of photo records wherever he goes.
