I am currently a PhD candidate at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario in the CEE Lab studying fish distributions and movement along the North Shore of Lake Superior. I have also worked as a Temporary Fisheries Specialist for the Minnesota DNR. Additionally I am a MSc. alumnus of the Integrated Biological Sciences program at the University of Minnesota, Duluth Campus and Minnesota native. I am most familiar with freshwater fishes and some macroinvertebrates of the Upper Midwest and Northwestern Ontario, but have always had a passion for nature and enjoy observing, photographing, and learning about all kinds of flora and fauna.
